Planning J & M’s destination wedding weekend was such a joy. We connected so naturally that I genuinely miss seeing them regularly on our Zoom calls. Striking the right balance between professionalism and friendliness is a fine art  ensuring clients feel confident and cared for without becoming overly familiar  but with J & M, it all felt effortless. The relationship we built over 14 months of detailed planning truly became the foundation of this unforgettable celebration.

J & M chose Provence for a deeply personal reason: it is where M proposed. From that moment, it felt only natural that this would be the place where they would say “I do.” Being surrounded by their closest family and friends was essential, which made Château de la Tour Vaucros the perfect venue. Its charm, generous layout, and onsite accommodation allowed most guests to stay together while still enjoying plenty of space and privacy.

The celebrations began on Thursday evening with a relaxed and joyful welcome reception at Le Moulin de Vaucroze. Guests were greeted with spritzes, chilled Provençal rosé, beers, and a convivial BBQ expertly run by Le Petit Camionfrom L’Authenthyque Traiteur. It was the perfect way to set the tone for the days ahead  informal, warm, and full of laughter.

On the wedding day itself, J & M were wonderfully thoughtful about their guests’ comfort. Wanting everyone to feel looked after before the festivities began, we arranged for the same food truck to return in the morning to serve breakfast, followed by a selection of snacks at lunchtime. It was such a simple yet meaningful touch, and one that was hugely appreciated by everyone.

And just when guests thought the celebrations couldn’t possibly continue… the pool party proved them wrong. With plenty of Provençal rosé, beer, and champagne flowing, the atmosphere was pure sunshine and joy. To soak up any lingering hangovers, we brought in La Pizza Française, serving the most delicious pizzas and fresh salads, followed by Disco & Tacos, delivering irresistible tacos and margaritas. Music, dancing, laughter,  the party showed absolutely no sign of slowing down.
